How to play
Tap and hold the left half of the screen to lean left.
Tap and hold the right half to lean right.
Release to straighten up. Your soap always moves forward on its own.
Reach the checkered finish line with enough soap left to qualify. The meter at the bottom of the screen shows how much of you is still intact.

Why did I fail when I reached the finish line?
Each level has a minimum size you need to still have when you cross. Later levels demand more. If you arrive too thin, the run does not count. Watch the meter and take the safer line through wet zones when you are running low.
What makes my soap shrink?
Two things. Blue wet zones shrink you steadily the whole time you are inside one, so cross them quickly and in a straight line. Obstacles take a chunk instantly on contact.
What do the colours of my soap mean?
Your soap changes colour as it wears down: lavender when you are healthy, yellow when you are getting worried, orange when things are bad, and red when you are one mistake from gone.
How do I get three stars?
Stars are awarded on how much soap you have left at the finish. Three stars needs you almost fully intact, which means taking no obstacle hits at all on the harder levels. Bubble shields absorb one hit each, and soap slivers top you back up.
How do I unlock later levels?
Levels unlock in order. Finish one to open the next.
I lost my progress
Progress is saved on your device only. Deleting the app, or moving to a new phone without a full device backup, will clear it. There is no cloud save at present.
Is there any way to skip a level?
No. Every level is beatable, and the difficulty ramp is deliberate. The tutorial on the early levels teaches everything you need.

Soapy Escape collects no data at all. Read the full privacy policy.
Report a bug or ask something else
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and which level it happened on. That makes it far quicker to fix.
